Brevard and St. Lucie Toll Brothers Communities To Offer Green Incentives In Celebration of Earth Day at National Sales Event

The Estates at Tradition and Fairway Lakes at Viera, two of Toll Brothers’ premiere Southeast Florida communities, will be celebrating Earth Day by hosting on-location “Green Events” showcasing energy efficiency. The Green Events will kick off April 22, Earth Day and run through Sunday, April 26 in conjunction with the Company’s National Sales Event.

Helping home buyers to realize even more savings and take advantage of additional incentives, the Toll Brothers National Spring Sales Event, running from April 18 through April 26, coincides with this year’s Green Events.

The Estates at Tradition will host a Green Event that celebrates the innovation of this highly successful community.  The gated single-family enclave is located in the picturesque master planned community of Tradition, where the small-town atmosphere, quiet, tree-lined streets, outdoor concerts and festivals, and close-knit neighborhoods provide a unique combination of luxury and relaxation.
